ABOUT US
Kingdom On Earth Ministries Worldwide is dynamic!
Leveraging technology to reach a global community, we function as an online church that collaborates with local churches and ministries worldwide and hosts impactful in person conferences and leadership training.
Our Mission
Our mission is to prepare hearts and minds for the return of Jesus Christ.
We believe church should not be confined to a building you visit once a week. The call has always been to go into all the world, and today much of that world is online. We use technology to reach people across Canada and around the globe, while also gathering in person for worship, baptism, and training. We make the message of Jesus accessible to everyone, everywhere, empowering believers not only to anticipate the Lord’s return but to actively live out His Kingdom each day.
We believe the Kingdom of God is seen in power and demonstration, not in words alone. When the Kingdom is at work in a person's life, it bears fruit that others can see. That is why we care about the whole person, spirit, soul, and body. We help believers connect the truth of God's Word to real challenges in their spiritual lives, their minds and emotions, their physical health, and their relationships, work, and finances, so faith becomes something people live and show every day.
"And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power." (1 Corinthians 2:4)
Our Vision
Our vision is to spark a great spiritual awakening that moves believers from casual faith to active readiness.
We see new and growing believers transformed spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically,
with renewed minds that are awakened, activated, and empowered.
We see lives that bear lasting fruit and show clear evidence of God's Kingdom here and now,
prepared for our Lord's return.
"Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21)
Three Pillars of Service
Prophetic Teaching
We provide clear, Bible-based teaching that connects God's Word to your world
Heart Preparation
We focus on the inner life, helping you cultivate a heart that is ready to meet the Lord.
Global Mandate
We are called to share this message of hope and salvation, uniting believers for God's glory.
What We Do
We create space for people to encounter God's power through worship, prayer, and ministry, and to experience healing, deliverance, and lasting transformation in every area of life.
We hold Church Online every Thursday at 7:30 PM EST on Zoom, with worship, prayer, Bible study, and live Q&A. It is free and open to everyone.
We walk with new and growing believers through discipleship and baptism preparation, so every person has a clear next step in their faith.
We teach on spiritual gifts and calling, helping believers discover how God has equipped them and where He has sent them to serve, whether in ministry or the marketplace.
We host in-person gatherings across the Greater Toronto Area, including worship encounters, baptism services, community events, and the yearly KOE Conference.
We run programs that support whole-person wellness, including Proverbs 31 Pushup, our women's ministry that nurtures spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health.
We share free teachings every week through our website, social media, YouTube, and resources such as our ebook, How to Hear from God.

OUR HISTORY
Our story begins with a seed of faith planted by Rev. Lady Jan, who immigrated from Kingston, Jamaica, to Canada in the 1980s. With a heart of prayer and a deep love for God's people, she pioneered a path of devotion and service, leading her to establish Alpha Ministries, a deliverance and empowerment church in Oshawa, Ontario. True to its name, Alpha Ministries represented a powerful beginning of unshakable hope that would echo through generations to come. That legacy inspired a new vision in her son, Rolando Francis, who has a distinct calling from God to build upon that foundation, which led to the birth of Kingdom On Earth Ministries Worldwide. If Alpha Ministry was the beginning, Kingdom On Earth (KOE) is the culmination; a ministry focused on preparing believers for the return of Jesus Christ, while actively demonstrating God's Kingdom in the here and now.
THE DREAM
Years before Kingdom on Earth began, Apostle Rolando had a dream. He and his mother were driving down a long road when a massive eagle soared above them. He could see it clearly, but she could not. When she later interpreted the dream, she told him that some visions aren't meant for everyone to see. They are meant for the one who receives them to act on. That dream became a confirmation of his calling. Kingdom on Earth Ministries Worldwide launched on November 6, 2025, to help others recognize the purpose God has placed in them, prepare their hearts and minds, and live out the calling on their lives.
MEET THE PASTORS
Today, Apostle Rolando and his wife, Prophetess Cherene Francis, lead Kingdom On Earth as a unified team. Together, they bring their collective experience as pastors, entrepreneurs, and marketplace leaders to guide the ministry with integrity and purpose.
Rolando, who answered the call to ministry at the age of eighteen, operates with a clear apostolic mandate to equip this generation with both spiritual truth and practical wisdom, carrying forward the baton of faith established by his mother. Deepening his knowledge in Biblical Studies and Theology at Tyndale University, he leads the establishment and growth of Kingdom On Earth Ministries Worldwide.
Cherene, who was also mentored under Alpha Ministries, offers strategic leadership rooted in her studies at Tyndale University, with a focus in Religion and Philosophy. Through her experience in digital marketing and Film TV media, she manages the creative production of the ministry’s global outreach.
